Fantastic barbecue. I had the omnivore sandwich that combines brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. All were delicious. The pulled pork has a little heat in a good way. I recommend adding the pickles, onions, and slaw. The sauce they have is also tasty. Definitely the best sub ten dollar meal I had in New Mexico.

A local Santa Fe’an directed me to Jethro”s BBQ food truck and glad I am. Super tender brisket, tangy good sauce, pickles, onions and Cole slaw to boot! Oh, did I mention yummy homemade mustard potato salad. Good things come from small places.
