We just sat in the drive thru for over half an hour for fries and ice cream! We spent the first 15 minutes at the order speaker because they completely cleared the window of three vehicles before they would even take our order then sat at the window another 15 minutes ( I truly, truly wish I was over exaggerating the times!). They never said sorry for the wait or they were backed up please bare with them, Nothing! Just acted like we were holding up their time! It’s been a ridiculous wait the past few times but never treated like a burden for wanting to buy something from a place of business!

Lately service is pretty slow. The staff is friendly but they appear understaffed. I don’t normally mind the wait but this isn’t the place to go if you’re in a tremendous hurry. Will I keep going? Yes but not when I need fast service. I’m sure they’ll get it all worked out soon though. Do I recommend? Well, yes but as I said, be prepared to be patient. If you are and give them a chance… you’re likely to get served with the friendliest service. Especially considering the apparent obstacles they’re facing.

This place is A JOKE!!! No matter how many chances we give them, nothing is ever done right. The wait is always ridiculous. Food is NEVER right. We literally waited 30 MINUTES for 2 SMALL SLUSHIES!!! They weren’t even right. I’m not sure WHY they’re even still in business. If I was the manager here, I would be absolutely ashamed.

Supposed to be buffalo jumbo but you see there is no sauce and I noticed when I got home and to late to go back. I have more problems out of this sonic than I do any restaurant anywhere. They don’t think they are always rite. Clearly their food stinks won’t be back here.

Once again this sonic location lives up to their record of poor customer service and experience. Pulled up to a drive in stall only to be informed that they are only taking drive thru orders at this time. 7:24 p.m. on a Saturday night… seriously?!?! EVERY time I have came to this sonic location (which has been several times) they always have horrible service or they aren’t taking orders and on and on with the excuses!!! Cooperate needs to see what the issue is with this location because they always have issues. Definitely won’t be going back to this location again. I give up… nothing is going to change!! Thank goodness Lafayette has a DQ where me and my family can get quality food and great service!
