We stop at Five Guys about once a month. This time of was dissapointed. My hamburger was really really dry. I asked for another one. The folks that were working were kind But the second burger came out just as dry as the first one. French fries were good. Was not a $9 hamburger.

I was not happy with the french fries. They were very unattractive. They were very small pieces and had potato skins on them. They were a lot more attractive last week on the Liberty of the Seas and better eating.

I almost cant afford to eat here. I paid more for 2 bacon cheeseburgers a little fry and a large fry than my sirloin tips with mashed potatoes and house salad rolls and cinnamon butter i also had 2 long island ice teas that was served to my table. They need to rethink their prices before i ever go back again. I was saddened when the cashier said your total is $43.76

Don’t even bother ordering online. If you do when you get there they’ll tell you that haven’t started making it because the want it “fresh”. Completely defeats the point. People ordering at the counter will get their orders before you so you may as well do the same.
