Blaine is the man! I asked for a pizza tonight and told him I was going to k-pub. I was just talking and lost track of time and then all of of sudden I had an amazing fresh pizza in front of my face. He went the extra mile tonight to deliver me the pie and it was super refreshing to have such quality service. Thank you so much Blaine! Ordered bacon cheesy bread with no jalapeños on my last order however it had jalapeños and we weren’t able to eat it. I was credited a replacement bacon cheesy bread with no jalapeños…. I utilized my credit today only to find out when I got home that the pizza makers think they are cleaver and decided to add a single jalapeño to my cheesy bread as a way to mock me for their mistake, in addition I’m fairly certain they put jalapeño juice on the bread as well due to the spicy taste….

Terrible over the phone service. They charged my card 3 times for one order that didn’t even show up after waiting over an hour. Then called to resolve and they couldn’t get the same card that was already charged 3 times to go through.

Just ordered a medium pizza, pineapple pepperoni, and mushrooms. It was the single worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had!! Spent took 2 bites!!!also at $25!!!delivery was fast though called me to meet him outside which was tacky how about knocking on my door….it was less then 30 minutes.!! so I called them up and asked was this a premade pizza and they said no, I’ve had safeway pizza under $6 better…I told them my complaint they didn’t care…that means the pizza had to of been cooked in 12 minutes.. hmmm somethings not adding up. Horrible pizza horrible dominoes… manager/owner obvious doesn’t care…would not recommend this place and I know Dominoes really well.

Placed an order tonight a little after 8pm. I received a text saying my driver was on the way at 8:30ish. Around 9:15, I looked at the tracking thing and it showed my driver on MCBH and the ETA of my delivery would be 9:19. I called the store after that and the person told me that my driver was near my house. I called back at 9:30ish and was told the same thing. I had asked if they could just remake my order and I’ll come and get it myself. That person told me that no, she’s nearby. Shortly after that it had said my order was delivered but nope. I drove to the store and they made all these excuses that the app had a glitch and that the driver was right by my house. They said they could remake my order. In the meantime, my bf had texted saying the pizza came and it was cold. This was roughly 9:48pm. The last screenshot I took the ETA was 9:51pm so no, the app did not have a glitch. The timing was almost spot on. I have all the screenshots saved but I won’t post them for now. I feel like they should have offered me the delivery fee back because I should not have had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for cold food I live 3 minutes away (driving) from the store so idk why they felt it was a good idea to send my order with someone going to the Marine base. In the time it took, I could have walked to dominos, walked home, and repeat two more times. Hence, I’ll probably go back to Pizza Hut or do pickup from dominos only.

Wow, after waiting more than an hour an 20 minutes for my pizza, the driver pulls up, doesn’t even get out of the car. Says nothing, not even a hello. Then proceed to hand me my pizza out the passenger window. Not a word was spoken. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.
