I was just there and I had a bit of a wait in the drive thru but the person in the drive thru was all alone. My point here is that Gabby or Gabbie however it is spelled was an absolute delight and was so positive and composed. Would go back for her alone. Top class customer service. My go-to Starbucks right here. Glad to know there’s an actual Starbucks in the area now. It’s still a bit of a drive to this location but it’s the closest one to me. Friendly baristas and great atmosphere to work/study. If not chilling at the actual place, you can get your drink/food through the drive-thru, which is what I tend to do. It’s a nice little place..definitely will keep coming back.

I wait in line for 10 minutes so I figure it would be easier If I place my order online since I have been waiting I get yelled out by they lady speaking through the speaker I said hi I’m here to pick up for Malitta she says when did you place the order I say a few minutes ago she goes maybe next time you can be more considerate when placing an order online I say ok after getting embarrassed yet my food is ready when I get to the window which was much faster than any other day I order through drive thru. I have never been treated so rudely.

I liked this Starbucks because I was able to get my drink and shop at target without having to stop at two places. They messed up my drink last week but I figured things happen & didn’t think much about it. I went back today and the girl Gwen at the register had the nastiest attitude ever! Her tone and the way she was acting was disgusting. First my order’s messed up then the next time I go this miserable girl is giving me an attitude and slamming my cup when all I said to her was hello.There’s a Starbucks store in the same shopping center. I rather take the second trip instead of wondering if I’ll get the correct order and/or an attitude.
