The buffet was very messy and the salad bar food was room temperature. The staff was freindly. The water tasted great and served very cold. Which was much needed due to the temp of the room. My husband and I both had sweat running down our backs from being hot. Neither if us got seconds. It was refreshing to leave because it was cooler outside than in the building. This being in the heat of summer. Yep we will not return.

I made reservations for a group of 18 two weeks prior to our visit to Zoe’s . All of us are familiar with the restaurant and the owner. When we arrived, tables were not set up for us and we were told we had to order from a different menu. When I spoke to the manager, he pretended he had not spoken to me previously. I had called him twice. He finally returned my call and took down the information. His not reserving the places for us showed poor organization of his business skills. He said they were just so busy. There were few cars in the parking lot. Finally we were seated and allowed to use the main menu. We waited for drink orders. Service was very slow. Then when we finally ordered about 35 minutes had passed. Over an hour passed before we were served. I noticed that the prices were quite high for the small amount of food presented on the plate. When a burger patty is no larger than a silver dollar, something is wrong. One would think that a burger patty would be the size of the bun, but that was not the case. I was very disappointed in the service and the way we were treated by the manager. The meat was also very tough with my personal order. I will think twice before I make reservations there again. I know that this is not a good review, but I felt compelled to say something so that the employees can improve their service they give.

My Surprise Birthday was there . We all ate off the Buffet. The food was good. The only thing I seen was a few of the foods were hot spices .No labels to tell u it was spices hot! I was going to eat a salad no plates. I don’t think they filled the bar up after my group ate off it.?

The worst restaurant I ever eaten at…THEY Would not honor Reservations for private room. Low menu options…Service was horrible…Wait time for food over an hour…Husband went to the kitchen to see why..NO ONE THERE…Found Employees in a back room talking, so weird..Never a refill on drinks..Floors Were filthy, My shoes were sticking to the floor…This was at LUNCH, and NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE…Last horror…FOOD WAS TERRIBLE…Chicken was cooked so long it was like leather ! COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE !!!

I was at Zoe’s on The Lake for a graduation, looks amazing on the outside but the service was horrid. My catfish was wetter than the night I lost my virginity. The salad bar was a disgrace ,Zoes reeked of a stench that reminded me of little caesars in Birmingham , specifically east lake .DO NOT EAT HERE
