Abysmal experience. Waited twenty minutes for two sweet teas. It wasn’t busy, the workers were just too busy arguing to serve customers. Finally got the teas and they were so sickeningly sweet that they were undrinkable, and this is coming from someone that loves their tea pretty sweet. It was almost syrup consistency. Not going to return here anytime soon.

Spent over $50 today at Sonic. When I got my order they forgot to put cheese on something I ordered. No prob I sent it back. When they returned it it looked like they had just thrown my food into the tray and slapped a little bit of cheese on it then heated it. Sad part is even with the food steamed u could tell it was cold and hard from sitting out for a while. It was hard as rocks, I didn’t receive any dipping sauce for either of the two orders of mozzarella sticks. No napkins or mints or ketchup in any of the bags.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the Dequeen sonic is constantly horrible, usually it takes 20 minutes for 2 drinks even if you’ve placed a mobile order. Then half the time something is wrong in your order.

New employee that was rude probably because she was nervous and having trouble. But when another employee came to the car to sort the order out, she was very condescending and hateful. After she took the order, she proceeded to mumble under her breath. After bringing our order, she said ,” Have a super sonic day!” Then, as she was walking away, she stated ” And don’t come back anytime soon. ” !

10/10 the worst sonic i’ve ever been to. i’m type one diabetic & i always order a diet drink… they NEVER get it correct. i ALWAYS have to send it back because they refuse to make the drinks correctly. i’ve worked at several sonics & it’s NOT THAT HARD. last night we ordered dinner & ordered the new pickle fries & this is what we got. night shift is the worst. we’ve order the new pickle fries several times before & always got the correct amount. honestly just go to a different sonic don’t waste your time or money at De Queen sonic.
