Another one of these weird experiences. It wasn’t bad, but I felt unusual. Ordered a half dozen donuts and other food for the family. I was waiting for her to get a box so I could pick what I wanted and she just hands me a random mix box of donuts. No big deal because we got it fixed, but I have never had that happen.

Good for the $2 iced lattes after 2:00. Very inconsistent availability of products. Sometimes they are closed for no reason during the business day. The drive thru tends to be slow as well.

Drive thru service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. In the wrapper was a biscuit with the egg, cheese, and bacon on, not in, but on the top of the biscuit. I wanted one of the seasonal coffees. For 5 dollars you think they would get that right. NO. it was just coffee and creamer.

I came from the UP and hadn’t had Tim Hortons iced coffee for YEARS! I was so excited to have my first one in years again. We got an air BNB right around the corner so we decided to walk since getting the car was more bothersome. We got to Tim Hortons and the lobby is CLOSED still. I understand the staffing issues but that made me so disappointed. It was not worth getting the car to sit in a line that was extremely long. We decided to walk to McDonalds instead.
