Wow this place lived up to the hype. I got the chicken cutlet supreme sandwich with the broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. Wife got the cooper sharp cheesesteak. Both tasted absolutely fantastic and fresh. Price very reasonable. Think I found my new favorite cheesesteak shop in Delaware.

Listen, this place looks totally unassuming & like any other little sandwich shop. This is a lie. Ioannoni’s makes ridiculously delicious food, and their chicken cutlets in particular are next level. I usually get the chicken cutlet supreme, which comes with a HUGE, perfectly fried cutlet, lots of broccoli rabe, and provolone, on a crunchy, crusty roll. Btw, they’re available on Doordash, if you’re lazy like me & just want your food to magically appear on your doorstep, with minimal effort involved.

The couple of broccoli rabe, chicken cutlet sandwiches are absolutely to die for. 10/10 all I’ve tried are incredible, but my personal favorite is the Guilana w/ Italian long hots. Absolutely incredible 5 stars would highly recommend. Absolutely the best sandwich joint in Delaware!

The food is very good I had a sub and a cheese steak from there and they both taste very good. They also make party platters. You’d better call in advance and I mean at least 30 or more minutes I called an order in a week ago and the wait time was 1 hour. I ended up not going that day because no sandwich is worth an hour wait time. That was for a pickup order not delivery.

My son and I are native New Yorkers and while my son currently lives in Maryland and I spend half my time on the Jersey Shore, we met in the middle for a hike. After the first 5 miles we needed to eat and came across Iannoni’s. What a Wonderful surprise!!! Who would have known the quality of the sandwiches would be a good as they were. Fabulous lunch. The staff was courteous and experts at what they do. No one should ever question if they should have a meal there. For us it will ALWAYS be a no~brainer!!! Thank You. The experience was a definite highlight to the day!!!!

Ioannoni’s is a vibrant spot, full of the hustle and bustle of both the highly active and busy staff as well as the already and soon to be delighted customers. It is a space you may dine in at but due to its popularity seats might be few and far between. Inside the storefront are many scents and flavors in the air beckoning you to reach deep and order much, as well as the pleasant din of eager patrons and those already enjoying their purchase. The aforementioned flavors are as good to the pallette as they were when 1st sniffed upon pulling into the parking area. Considering the quality of the fare at this location, pricing is extremely reasonable and your roi(return on investment) is in great balance. Enjoy your experience, I know you will, and I hope to enjoy mine many times over in years to come!
