It was a typical weekday around dinner time and I was at a convenience store just leaving and noticed the Arby’s eatery across from the convenience store and I figured while by Arby’s pick up something to eat and seeing drive thru empty got in line ordered a chicken swiss with ham sandwich and curly fries and within 15 minutes of getting in drive thru and ordering I was on my way quick and satisfied with everything. The only thing still can’t get use to the prices for items that I have purchased in the past year or so And how much increase it has gone up the supply and demand reasons I guess? As for Arby’s W. 49th Ave 5 ⭐ this visit

Clean place and very nice wait staff. Food was good but curly fries were cold and looked old….and we love fresh curly fries. But this may have just been bad timing. Overall, a good place to eat.

Wow! Just wow! The store is clean and super fast, great customer service, the cleanest Arby’s on the westside or any side for that matter, and the one lady with the bun is really nice she even said happy to help ..where do you get that anymore!

This location needs to be staffed better. I have a broken foot, there’s ONLY 2 people working and the lines are insane. I would have used drive thru, yet I’m in a hurry and could not sit in line for 20 minutes. Going inside was faster.

Check your orders before they give you your items and you drive away. Not only did they forget my drink they also charged me for an item that I didn’t order and didn’t even give me the item. I was basically charged $6 worth of missing stuff. Don’t go to this store.
