Overall, it’s a great restaurant. It’s rare to see a taco truck when going through Canton, so we decided to check it out. The food and workers were absolutely divine and even though I have a low spice tolerance with the Chipotle chicken being a little spicy for me lol, I still loved it. The area was a little muddy, but there’s not much you can do about that this time of year, regardless think the atmosphere is still nice. This was a great find and somewhere I hope to try out again if I’m driving by, great authentic Mexican food and a splendid new addition to the area.

As someone who lives in Texas for 10 years…this was the BEST authentic food. I had the chicken street tacos and my daughter had the chicken quesadilla. Prices are amazing, service was fast and friendly. I hope they keep this up. What a treat!! We will go back for sure!

10/10 hands down. Love it. Never once let down, awesome and fast service with really good portions. Definitely recommend. I am always looking forward to coming back my favorite is the hard shell tacos, that are generously stuffed, of course a side of rice… which is also a very generous serving. kids love the quesadillas and the hashbrown burrito (the burritos are HUGE) and my fiance loves the Diablo burrito and the street tacos, which are loaded, too! Can’t go wrong with stopping here and you’re missing out if you haven’t been!!!!! 10/5 stars for this family.

I can’t say enough good things about Espinoza’s Taco Truck on Highway 18 in Canton. I love spice and the Pollo Asada Burrito did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients loaded inside a super soft tortilla and a serving of their homemade red salsa. It was pure heaven for my tastebuds.
