I am disabled and I am really grateful for the way they treated me with respect and helped me with the door. They had to hold it open for me to enter and exit. They were patient with me and the cashier told me that to just let him know when I was ready. He helped me with the salsas, choices and gave me more salsa when I requested more . I also was happy for their safety and courtesy. There was a stalled car coming out from the drive thru, one or two young men went quickly to help push it out, then one more went out to help, and another. Before I knew it there were 4 men in total ❤. This touched my heart to see that there were still some good people in the world. Awesome !!! I was comfortable with this Pollo Loco and I would visit again if I’m ever hungry and in the neighborhood. Honestly, I’m not crazy about the environment because I live the next town over, but I was treated with respect and so were others. Overall, the food was delicious and fresh, hot and tasty. Nothing tasted staled or old or nasty. Everything was delicious! Even my Hi C drink was fresh and cold with no ice…cold for a long time too!

I order DoorDash I ordered two meals and everything is wrong I pay for breast an win and both meals are leg and tight the salads are dry with no dressing so I called to the store and the guy who answered the phone was really rude didn’t even let me talk he was bad he was laughing at me ..I don’t believe this …this is incredible now the customer have to accept this behavior

so I just went to this restaurant on 2/25 around 6:40pm in drive thru, I ordered and original pollo bowl plain and a double chicken tostada salad, the salad was good but the pollo bowl came back regular with everything…which my wife is allergic to tomatoes. I called the store to let them know about the situation and apart from that no utensils were provided. she then stated utensils are meant to be asked for upon request….and wanted to me to drive back another half hour in the rain the replace my bowl and only offered a drink for the inconvenience….. next time pay attention to the customers order
