The tacos were mediocre; the steak was cold and not up to temp. The hot and cold line was empty and left little choices for toppings… Most of the tables were dirty and there were at least 6 people working behind the counter, running around. I was expecting more from this cool looking joint.

Staff was horrible. When I had my initial meat and beans put in my bowl it went to the next staff member and he ignored mine for a little bit doing other folks burritos but then he pushed mine to the end and said “bowl all done right?” As if that’s all I wanted, no! He never even asked me if I wanted more toppings just assumed it was all I asked for. I also got queso and chips and they were too salty I couldn’t even eat it. Qdoba is 1000% better than the food or the atmosphere especially the staff. Will never go to pancheros again.

I’ve always loved this place!! And my family is obessed! But here is how today went.. the emloyee who started our order seemed annoyed we were there. Then to see they no longer serve marinated cubed chicken breast. They now serve shredded chicken in like a juice apparently with bone ♀️
