Ordered 2 sandwiches at the drive through one being the gargantuan, the “gargantuan” I received was just ham, salami, onions, and pickles so that’s cool… overpaid $4+ for a sandwich. Always double check your order before you get all the way back home at this store. Last week in-store they had to double check that they had the right sandwich with my order too.

Would not deliver 3.9 miles said it was too far and acted like idiots on the phone extremely bad service even after the other store confirmed they should deliver to my location. I have ordered from them numerous times and spent hundreds of dollars there on myself and multiple get togethers for my employees. And now 3.9 miles is too far to deliver. That is extremely bad customer service and have lost my business and I will never order anything from them again. I will not ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Good food but terrible customer service. Ordered then went to wait for food at the end of the line. Some time had passed then asked about the “beefy crunch” told it was a few orders back. Kept waiting about a minute then the “all American” was called out several times. Then watched people who were quite a ways back in line get food before me. Asked again about my food. Then was told my food was sitting right in front of me. Some one with better service won’t just keep calling out “all American” and maybe ask the guy who just asked about the “beefy crunch” if he order the “all American beefy crunch”? Rude employees and not very good.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich for my fiance and I. When we got home and started eating we noticed there was barely any meat on the sandwiches. The little John didn’t even have enough meat to cover the sandwich. The country club was 1/3 of the size it normally is. When we called to let them know the manager blew us off and pretty much called us stupid saying that’s how they normally come and the little johns meat probably just folded In half when we opened up the sandwich. (It didn’t. We had already taken the sandwich apart and tried to “fix” it) love JJ but won’t be going to this location again.

Ordered #9 Italian Club …… ordered extra salami, no Capacolla , ez tomatoe, ez onion, ez lettuce … sandwich cost $18.02 with delivery and tip. Got sandwich.. ton of onion , 1 tomatoe on whole sandwich and not a single slice of Ham…. TERRIBLE there are a ton of sub places to go!
