We love it here! We have already visited 3 times in the last 2 months. We enjoy the sauvignon blanc and Lake Murray cocktail. We like to start with their happy hour oysters, which come with a few sauces to try. We have tried the clams, tacos, and roasted chicken, which have all been awesome! Our fave side is the Brussels sprouts. They are so good! The atmosphere is laid back but still great for a cozy date night, and the servers and bartenders have all been friendly.

Great new restaurant near beautiful Lake Murray. I had the Soup of the Day, which happened to be a delicious, savory ramen with pork belly. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to returning for oysters!

I live in Chapin, we have nothing very fresh, nothing gourmet, nothing unfried. George Roberts is a great addition to the area and we need more like it! My family who lives on Long Island and in New York City was visiting and so they compare all their meals here to restaurants in New York. Such a great experience, we were pleasantly surprised! Staff was great, waitress was great, owner was attentive, their chef went above and beyond and is also very talented. Food was excellent and I could finally get some fresh seafood, not fried, in the midlands. The butter style lobster roll was to die for, will be back for that often! The raw oysters I asked for plain and were delicious and fresh and the bartender makes killer drinks, highly recommend and great to have this new place near by! They also have Sunday Brunch now, which is a huge plus and also some good non-seafood options, my husband is a hard to please eater and had a delicious pork dish and cleared his plate and said he would go back, which he rarely says!

A local sleepy Diamond. What a great place. Excellent food waitstaff amazing especially Lizzie Belle. I always a great night out. The cioppino was excellent. And so happy they did not add fennel as an ingredient.

Went for brunch as our first visit. Food was good, service was great, and patio provided surprisingly nice atmosphere in what used to be an unappealing space. So nice to have a good restaurant in Ballentine. I hope they will update their website to include lunch and brunch menus, and I hope they will begin serving lunch on weekdays and Saturdays as well as Sunday brunch. We could use such a business in this area.
