Food was excellent. The buffet is setup oddly. Toppings chips are toward the center while meat is on the end. Toppings are back in the center. You have to wait in line twice to build your plate. Service was lacking. It looked as if they don’t have enough front of house staff to keep up with tasks. Wasn’t busy but people were waiting to be seated and food ran out quickly. Tortillas were an extra charge and are not part of the buffet. There is a lot of room for improvement and I would like to see w streamlined buffet and service in the future. Spent a lot of time waiting. Would go back again for the food. Priced at what I would expect for a buffet but food was above buffet level.

We had a great first experience at Gatos for lunch! We arrived when they opened so the buffet was well stocked and full of fresh food. Their guacamole in particular was delicious and the fajita chicken was extremely flavorful and just a little bit spicy.

Excited to try Gatos taco buffet, went last Thursday, right after the lunch crowd about 2 pm, they didn’t have ceviche or carnitas, but what I did have was good. Yes, they do need to work on service, but all the food was good, especially guacamole.

This place was not good at all, I saw people walking in and walking back out (something I should have done). $20 for the low quality of food!!!! This place won’t last very long, I’m still feeling nauseated from the food and I wish I could give it a lesser rating. In a nut shell….stay away and save your money.
