This was our first time at a Marco’s… the pizza was soooook good, and the service was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful on what we’re some of the best sellers! The pizza was super fresh and hot… We will definitely be visiting again.

Pizza was really good, hamburger. One of the few places that offers cheddar cheese. Felt like the thicker crust was too much on the outside, so less area for actual pizza. Part of my order was 10 wings but I got what look to be chicken nuggets. The brownie that was good too, didn’t look to be cut. They didn’t provide any napkins or silverware with the delivery. So between that and 1 part of order wrong I had to knock rating down. What I did have was good and delivered via Dasher.

I just want to give a shout out to Nathaniel for being an outgoing employee. It definitely puts customers in a good mood. I just got a carry out order and he made sure I left with everything I needed. Giving off good energy really shows and I appreciate that. I’ve had no issues at this location and the food is always delicious! They are fast and the quality of the food is high! I recommend coming here for the food and great hospitality!

Was enjoying having this place as our new favorite pizza chain in town and then I got a pizza with a hair baked into the cheese. Contacted them and left an online review and nobody got back to me to rectify the situation. Won’t be returning. Too grossed out.

Not only do they have very good pizza and customer service. They go above and beyond to give back to our schools. 20% off all purchases for about week was given to my sons school (whitehouse elementary). Cool thing was they let the kids make and decorate their own pizza boxes it would home in. I thought this ALL was very thoughtful and was happy to try Marcos Pizza for the first time. 5 stars from this family!

This use to be THE best pizza in Tyler but over the last year it has gone down in taste and quality. EVERY pizza use to be consistent in taste but now it’s a hit or miss. I thought it would get better but it hasn’t.
