I would like to say that im a fan of five guys! Love their burgers but this particularly location has a problem with their fries! Every time we go to this location and one of main reason we love five guys is the fresh fries! But this store never have freshly fríes, always we get reheated fries! And also the staff it seems not we’ll prepared! The nuts also taste old! Not good impression!

I heard one of the employees on my first visit ask one of the other employees if he should short my fries. The other employee responded that I tipped well but it was his choice. It seems the place is run by very young adults and they dont care about the customers. I’ve only been in there a few times but it seems to be the case every time in some form or another. From what I hear or interact with it is always an uncomfortable environment to be in.

This location constantly has issues with their service. I have gone several times and their payment system has been down. Most recently, they closed the entire lobby and only made online orders available. Staff was unfriendly and offered no explanation.

The burger was really messy, the outside of the bun was filled with mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. I asked for Cajun fries and it was a big mistake. They put way too much Cajun seasoning. It was really salty and unpleasant to eat. They need to get it together.
