I have been to many places searching for good Mexican food. I have had a bunch in Texas as a comparison. I don’t eat a trash places like El Toro Loco, On the Border or The Mexican Post. Those are hot garbage. No, sir. I compare this establishment to real, authentic Mexican food.

The portions are large and are great value. Their guacamole tastes so natural, a great lime flavor, and their chips pair amazing with it. I love horchata and their horchata is the best I’ve ever had. There are so many great menu options you’ll want to get one of everything. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Great food and super reasonable prices. Everything was hot and delicious. They delivered very quickly and the driver was nice. Only thing is I think they forgot the bacon on my burger but it was probably an honest mistake that can happen and I know if I were to bring it up they would make it right, they seem like honest people who appreciate the business and their food did taste delicious, so I would definitely recommend and go back.

Good. Place is nice inside. Birria tacos are good. Friendly people. Fast delivery. Only complaint is the flautas….they would have been good if the chicken was seasoned and wasnt so dry….no flavor in chicken at all and very dry. All in all this place is really good though with everything else I’ve had.

Food was insanely delicious. The service was amazing. I didnt feel like I was at a restaraunt, I felt like I was at someone’s house enjoying a dinner with friends and family. Cozy atmosphere and a nice photo of frida kahlo behind us encouraging us to enjoy the moment. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. I can’t remember when I had a good time like this at a restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food! Thanks to everyone there, see you soon!

Finally South Amboy has a great mexican restaurant. Tried it on Saturday for the first time and went back today as I truly enjoyed the food. They had street corn as a special and it was outstanding. The quesadillas and tacos are the real deal and big. You get a lot for your money. Great food and staff. To the people in South Amboy, don’t let this one get away, support it as it is well worth it.
