Email promise time was 2:29pm. 42 minutes after that time order arrived, in a car with no Marcos sign on it and stone cold. Asked driver why he had no sign on his car he stated ‘I’m the only one who does not need a sign because I drive all over the place’. What is that supposed to mean? Will not be ordering from them again, too many other places with better service. Pizza was stone cold, if I wanted to cook I would have pulled one out of the freezer and saved myself the aggravation

I placed an online delivery order on January 20, 2022 for a deluxe pizza bowl. After receiving the order I noticed a lot of pepperonis under the cheese and vegetables. It was so many pepperonis that the pizza bowl was not edible and was made like this on purpose. I also ordered Old World pepperoni in place of regular pepperoni. When I called the store each time I was put on a long hold and then the phone hung up twice. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I will make sure other people know about their horrible customer service and food preparation.

Can’t make an order over the phone. On hold 10 minutes. Employee kept picking up and putting me back on hold. At least 3 different times.
