Very, very slow. Ordered one sandwich online. Took over half hour for it to be completed (for pickup). When I arrived, then waited another 10+ minutes in store. When all was said and done, I received the wrong sandwich.

Foods made okay. Just be sure to let them know what you want on your sandwich when ordering. They won’t ask you when they’re making it. And they don’t ask you what you want on it when you order it LOL so be sure to go over that when you order.

Order was confirmed online, I waited an hour and the order was still not out for delivery. Tried to call the store multiple times and no one picked up. It has now been 3 hours, my order has still not been delivered, and there is still no one at the store picking up the phone. Unsure of what to do short of going to the store myself to get refunded. I feel ripped off and absolutely disappointed, do not order from this store.

Ordered a few subs for delivery when I was on duty at Fort Meyer. I used the site they recommended to meet up off-base. After the tracker said the order was out for delivery, it took about 35 minutes to get the order… I called the store several times and they said they did not know where the driver was or how long it would take to get the order…? When the driver finally arrived, he didn’t offer any form of an apology. Once I got back to eat the sandwich, the order was wrong…! Very disappointing, I will most-likely not order from Jimmy Johns again.
