We’ve given this location so many chances and we’re done paying for bowls that look like this. My macro bowl, that’s not pictured, is supposed to have “extra romaine” and I had the same few, pathetic strips of romaine that my husband got on his. We’re sick of paying full price for a third of what we’re actually supposed to be getting. They always have new employees every time we go in and they’re always out of a ton of the ingredients. We were hoping it was just a rough start when they first opened, but it seems there’s no sign of improvement. We’re not usually ones to complain, but we’re hoping by sharing our experience, maybe improvements will be made.

My son was not feeling well so I offered to pick up dinner. He ordered on line and all I wanted was a basic quesadilla; he ordered a burrito. Long story short, the order was not ready due to a system failure so they made it “fresh” while I waited. The chicken was beyond burnt and dry. Both our items tasted horrible. I still have the foul taste in my mouth. I have encouraged him to get a refund. These two items and a Coca Cola were over $30!!!!

Someone from Chipotle management needs to seriously give this place a visit when employees are not expecting it! 3pm and the lobby is trashed… hasn’t been bussed in the half hour I’ve been here. Floors, tables restrooms are filthy! All while about 6 employees are messing around (loudly talking, sometimes throwing food). A couple are busy doing prep. No one seems to know how to behave as a an employee.

We have had horrible experiences with this location. My family is vegetarian and always get the soffritas but the last couple of times that we visited the restaurant we waited in line for approximately 20 minutes just to find out that they were out of stock on soffritas. No sorry. No apology. There is no way to call the store and talk to employees to inquire about items that are in stock. Finally after months of boycotting this location we decide to try again. I tried to use the bathroom when we first got there and 1 was in use and the other Out Of Service. They had soffritas this time so we decide to get food. The staff seemed untrained and gave a lot smaller portions then we were used to. I then went to get a drink and all of the teas were empty. I told an employee and he made just the one kind that I wanted while another employee just stood there doing nothing. I then realized that almost all of the utensils and straws were gone and all of the garbage cans were over flowing. The whole establishment was a mess! Not sure what is going on at this location and why it is so much worse then all of the others locations that we have visited but we will not be returning again.

To the blonde worker with double braids working tonight, maybe if you focused on the customers and less on looking outside you would hear the orders of customers. Also, maybe if you moved with a sense of urgency your line wouldn’t be so long? I know chipotle workers are supposed to be wiping down their work area regularly, and it was absolutely disgusting with dried sour cream and beans. Coming from a prior chipotle worker, this location needs to take better care and better customer service.

Nice staff that helped us. There was no wait. The food was fresh, lettuce, avocados, tomatoes, etc was refreshingly fresh. Our burritos were HUGE and delicious! We were looking for a nice, pleasant meal and received it. It was an enjoyable meal to have with my Dad!

The worker of every worker is horrible. They said they were out of numerous items (steak, lettuce, CHIPS) because they were short staffed, but there were 4 employees just talking over by the food prep not doing a single thing. Everything was filthy. The preparation counter, the dining room, everything looked horrible. Food was meh. Trust me, it’s worth driving to the division chipotle, I’ll never come here again.

I ordered a steak burritto when it got to the fillings i had to tell him to put them in. They were going to charge me the 14bucks and try to not put the adds other than protein and rice. Did ask if i wanted queso so i would have ended up with grissle, rice, beans and queso for 14 dollars!

I love Chipotle and used to go multiple times a week before moving to Spokane. The Valley location ruined it for me. They are always incredibly rude, slow and always act like they don’t want to be there. Always one person working the line while the other employees stand around. We continue to try this place, hoping for a better experience and it’s always a let down.
