The girl who took my order in the drive thru was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional! As I was trying to figure out which coffee to order after she told me they didn’t have a cold caramel craze coffee that I wanted, she literally turned off the mic while I was attempting to explain that I’ve gotten the coffee in another nearby area. She informed me that this was not that city and she didn’t know what I got. So I asked her to get back on and I ordered whatever. When I arrived at the window I asked why the attitude since I was not rude to her and that I simply needed to figure out what to order. She informed me that this was who she is! No decorum. No apology. This generation— too many lack respect and kindness—- smh

i’ve come here a handful of times since i just moved to the area this month & the drinks are usually pretty okay but i ordered avacado toast the other day & 30 minutes later my stomach was doing backflips and i felt extremely sick . i’m not sure if they don’t store their avacado correctly but after reading these reviews it seems like this is a normal ellenton dunkin’ experience

Waited 15 minutes with 4 people ahead of us. They had 4 people working but nobody would come to the register. We left and the other people who were there before us still waiting. When I said something to the manager she was very rude and said we will get to you when we get to you. Thier priority was the drive Thur and on line orders. We.were there on Sunday May 14th around 9:30 am

So I came in this morning for breakfast service was great food was great but what was more better than that was the above and beyond that went on after that. After I was done having my breakfast I turned on my door Dasher app to do some deliveries right away I got a delivery for Dunkin I grab the order brought it to the customer came back got another order brought it to the customer and so forth later on I got a message that the customer allegedly did not get their order properly long story short came back to the Dunkin’ Donuts fixed everything and that customer ended up

Would do 0/5 if I could. Totally incompetent and rude staff and management. Can’t take a simple two drink order nor can they correctly issue a refund. They tried to charge me $8 for 8 donut holes, absolutely ridiculous. Starbucks across the street is way better

It’s kind of going downhill lately again if I’m going to pay $6 for a large latte I expect it to be right I don’t expect a large cup of milk! I had one of the shift leaders today hand me a latte without stirring it once again I have a bunch of caramel sitting at the bottom and a cup of milk in the middle and maybe a little splash of expresso on top. Not good. And how are you going to have a caramel craze latte on the menu and actually charge me extra money for the carmel that is in its name. Smh I order on the app so I can see it when checking out.
