Don’t bother asking to “go big” on your order. They won’t even give you the correct serving size of fries for your regular order and I guess go big means they add 2 fries. I drove home and opened the box and it was 18 fries. This is my closest Zaxbys and I have been coming here for years but lately the servings sizes have been very lackluster. $14-$15 for a wings and things that don’t even have the right portions. Drink was not even filled up all the way either. I get it’s only 80 cents to go big but at least give out the right portions

Picking up lunch @ 12:00, Sunday. We went inside. Short line, quick service and polite. Drive thru was not to busy. Food was good, hot and fresh. Dining room not crowded today.

Bad management. No interest in customer satisfaction. We used to come here often. Won’t be coming here anymore. Stems from filling out the customer satisfaction reviews. It takes 15 minutes to fill out the surveys. Have completed two. Manager denied both for reasons not stated on survey or on receipt.

I ordered the teriyaki boneless meal and he ordered the chicken fries. My food was cold and his order was lite on chicken. A cashier came to the counter and just stared at me for about 30 seconds and I stared back. Finally, he asked me what I wanted. The person responsible for redoing my order was on the phone the whole time trying to figure out why he found several torn-up pay checks.

I came in to order there was a black woman with her 2 young sons getting drinks. There was a worker mopping who stopped mopping to ask her the woman if she paid for those drinks…it was a tense moment and a first hand moment of watching what profiling is…it actually made me sad….the woman was with her children…just filling there cups up…the cups are behind the counter btw…

I’ve been to this locations 2 times in the past month both times have been unacceptable. If you like cold chicken, soggy fries, and soggy bread (sometimes even no bread) then this location is for you.

Buffalo Bleu salad is pretty good, sorry, I just can’t bring myself to say “zalad”… The menu is a little simple in my opinion, hence the 4 star rating. I would rather that they keep a simple menu and do it right, however. The decor is wood paneling and local sport-centric, with a splash of vintage advertisements. Every one that I have ever been in is above average clean, and the staff is usually young, but focused on their job. All in all, an above average experience, with quick and good service. The good is good for what it is, but the slice of chewy Texas toast with fake butter is the single downfall to the concept. If the replaced that with some yeast rolls with honey butter, it would be a grand slam, and I would seriously consider a 5 star rating.
