They have different flavored Saki. Sushi was actually some of the best since moving to DFW area. Combo fried rice was terrific. Definitely recommend this place for any type of gathering. They even cater.

I honestly have no clue why this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating across the board synonymously. Guess you can’t account for the incredibly stuck up bubble that Coppell-ians are infamously known for in these parts. Anyways, in regards to Zena. I’ve been going here for a couple years now since I gave it a shot since it was sushi. And boy was that the BEST decision I ever made. Not only is the owner, (KJ) a completely wonderful hard working guy. He’s the head sushi chef along with his Wife, waiting tables. Couldn’t be more set up for success with them two. It’s a incredibly gracious and welcoming atmosphere given off family style by the family that owns it. But I haven’t even gotten to the best part yet. The sushi is some of the VERY BEST I’ve ever had in my life. Lots to choose from and other dishes as well that actually challenge me in thinking about not even getting the sushi I initial came for. (And that’s saying a lot.) KJ is an outstanding and about as amazingly professional with his rolling skills, but he’s brought in a little Hispanic guy along with him. They’re always there and I’ve never seen nor had a Hispanic person, roll me sushi. So I was atleast q little weary to say the least. Long story short, he’s made me every single roll since that day. Lol just outstanding, 10/10 this is the only review telling everything that’s the truth. People have odd reasons to poo poo greatness. And if you saw the sheer amount of crab these guys put in their rolls, you’d agree. Trust me it’s the most I’ve ever seen. High quality premium fish, herbs. The whole nine yards. I hope I never have to witness a day they close their doors, especially here in Coppell. ( The only sushi place in the entire city.) Shocker.. I know. I will single handed keep Zena Sushi in business, so no need to worry. Did I forget to mention, I’m on the way there as I speak. 😉 IT’S THE BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD. BARE NONE. (And ladies and Gentlemen, that’s really saying a lot.) I AM A SUSHI FIEND!!! Everyone that just so happens to be in the area, and are wanting a sushi roll or two, GIVE ZENA a shot. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! IT’S THAT AMAZING! 🙂

Delicious and fresh were my first thoughts. There was a couple with their children and when asked if everything was good, the man answered, “as always”. A local gem. I had the tuna roll and salmon avocado roll and the quality was evident. My only regret is that they aren’t closer to home (by 1500 miles)!

Unfortunately, this is not the sushi place for us. The crab meat that they have in alot of the rolls we ordered had a different taste than what I prefer. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, though!
