Last week I placed my order, got home and my husband and I took off the lid for the green beans. On the top of the green beans, it looked like a bug was on them. We removed the item and it was a wire tip from a bottle washer. I called KFC and they took the report. Can’t believe the 441 restaurant didn’t call me to bring what I found in the green beans into their store so nobody else would have this in their food. A child could choke on this. I told this to the person that took the complaint but obviously nobody cared. This was dangerous and should have been looked into. I wasn’t even offered a replacement for the green beans – which I would have not accepted.
