Today was my first time going into a Jersey mikes store and I don’t know if I will ever go into another one. I did get greeted promptly but after that it wasn’t a very friendly atmosphere. All the employees were talking amongst themselves and not really acknowledging me. I placed my order and waited while they were made, one employee making one of the sandwiches attempted to get my attention and I quickly apologized and didn’t get any response. They finished making the one sandwich and didn’t ask if I needed anything else on it or if it looked good. After paying for the food i got what was a condescending “have a good day”. When I got home I quickly realized that one of the subs was drenched in oil and had leaked threw both bags that it was in. The food was good albeit a bit soggy from all the oil. Just wished I could have had a bit of a better experience leaving.

Just another mediocre sub shop chain. Bread is not near Panera quality. Meat is better than Subway and you get much more than Panera. Toppings are limited and only shredded head lettuce is available! I hate shredded head lettuce because it quickly turns to water leaving the sub mushy.

Clean restaurant and friendly service, but I was really disappointed with the Famous Philly cheese steak. Salt City! I love salt, but my mouth is still burning. I also grabbed an Original Italian and that was amazing though!!

The food was fresh (very soft bread), and the staff was super helpful with us since it was our first time at a Jersey Mike’s. Great experience.

I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s before this. At writing this location is pretty new. I like the aesthetic of it, the heavily wooded look is nice.

The closest to east coast subs I can get out here in Ohio that doesn’t require me to drive an hour away. Always really good and made fresh.

Food was really average. Chicken Philly was very dry, and the staff seemed more into gossiping rather than serving customers.

I ordered the original Italian and it was excellent as always. Service was also great as well.

I wanted to try something new. I was so pleased They actually cook the meat not pop it in the microwave. The meat is cut in front of you. I thought about it and the price is higher than subway but tastes much better.
