I used to go here all the time, but recently on their Italian sub they only give you 3 pieces of meet, 1 of each type they advertise. Definitely not enough meat for a 9 dollar sub. Subway, Firehouse, Jersey, all give you much more meat for what you spend.

First time trying this chain restaurant. Store was clean and the staff was kind. Food was pretty good for the price! The only thing i didn’t realize is the hot peppers they serve on the sub are jalapeños not crushed red hot peppers so it was a little spicy.

First time here… BOMBBB first of all, the salads are huge! Was able to split one salad between 2 people so thats awesome! Got The Wreck salad- super good! Second of all, the sandwiches are packed full of toppings. The hot peppers are SO GOOD! My new favorite spot! Will be back! Also, the sandwiches we got were both still warm by the time we got home too… Both got Clubby sandwiches. Have ZERO complaints. Paid for avocado on 1 of them and didn’t get it but I don’t even care haha. It was still THAT good!

I usually only door dash but I have grown to hate that service. I went in for the first time and the service was meh. We felt like we were bothering the guy and our very being there was some kind of annoyance. It was awkward. The next time we got “Kinzy”, pardon if the spelling is wrong. Her bubbly personality honestly made up for it. She was genuinely kind and provided fantastic customer service.

I was dissapointed in this place. The service was great and the guys were friendly but I just feel like the food did not live up to the hype. I was so excited to try it but once I was there, it did not look appetizing. I ordered a salad and it was just handed to me still saran-wrapped. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

First, I Want to say THANK YOU for opening Potbelly in NV. I’m from Chicago and having this restaurant in NV, just bring me back home. 2nd, I was bit disappointed with my order. I had ordered 2 pizza sandwiches, no meat and everything else. I told the cashier, no Italian seasoning in one. She misheard me and gave me one sandwich with everything and another sandwich with just sauce on it. When I called to complain, she said “that’s what I ordered”- now, why would I pay $6 for a bread with sauce in top? But regardless of the mishap, my husband and I are extremely happy seeing this made in NV. I hope there are more locations in the near future.
