The Mark serves Pizza alla Romana witch is both delicious and healthy. In pizza dough preparation a precise mix of flour, water, sourdough yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt are used, there are no hidden animal fats. With a dough maturation time approx. 54 hours. The vegan pizzas are much lower calorically, and exceptionally heart healthy. Whenever possible local organic ingredients are used. This is a fantastic place to go for casual hangouts and great pizza. Their system is awesome so you get authentic, Roman-style pizza really fast. It’s cash only with tax included in the price, which I really like. The event spaces are amazing and the patio is gorgeous.

What a fantastic establishment! Lisa, the owner even greeted us with great information about her building and all the additions! The bartender was great and WOW THE PIZZA! Lisa travels to Italy to work with well-known pizzerias and wow does it pay off! Great good, drinks and service. The back patio was such a great bonus to our night!

Went to try it out. Only have a limited number of pizzas. They are not made to order, they are made in morning and reheated when you order. When we got there, there were two choices left. The other couple with us ordered the “spicy” one and couldn’t eat it. Ours was not good either, dry.

Amazing food! The steak was a little tough but very tasty. Has to be one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. Staff were very friendly. This is no $$ place tho. This is more like $$$$. Dinner for two with two cocktails and a glass of wine came out to 110$. Very tasty tho.

Great find on our way to Seattle. Limited menu but everything is on point. Wish pasta came with an option for meat but the flavors are all there and locally sourced. Indoors has a weird setup but upscale.outdoor patio is chill and relaxing. Definately worth a try!
