Finally there is a Vietnamese eatery to go to. Been looking for pho in the area for a while and accidentally found this counter service restaurant while waiting for Metra train to go to work. Pho was good, noodle dishes were great. Service was excellent Will definitely come back and hope this eatery survives as previous two places open in this spot did not last more than a couple years.

Second time trying Vietnamese food and very happyI did. This place is actually much better than the one I tried some time ago. I liked how clean it was and food tasted good and fresh. I had shrimp spring rolls and tofu pho bowl. It was plenty of food for about $15 but I didn’t feel like a stuffed turkey after eating all of it.

Everything we’ve had here is very good. Our 2-year old happily ate the noodle bowl (not pho) from their kids menu which includes fresh cucumbers, rice noodles, a choice of meat, and a light broth sauce. Hubby loves the sunny side beef banh mi sandwich with fresh jalapeño peppers (very spicy). The ginger chicken sandwich was good, and the veggiecado sanswich was better. I wish the beef pho came with the traditional thinly sliced medium rare beef (it was cooked already) but it was still very good. The shrimp spring roll comes with a delightful peanut sauce. Overall, we highly recommend it. Being right next to the train track was a plus for our 2-year old who loves train and will sit still waiting for the next train to come.
