When our flight was delayed 11 hours, we decided to get something go eat here. It was extremely busy but the line moved fast which was promising. Unfortunately the rest of our experience was downhill from there. We got 4 burgers and 1 drink, the total came to nearly $100. It’s airport food so that’s to be expected. The redheaded woman at the front was extremely rude, kept yelling pretty much at everyone in line and honestly seemed extremely overworked and understaffed. Also they were out of half the stuff on the menu. Despite all of this, their wall has their awards displayed, “Top 20 restaurants in Sacramento”.. The cherry on top was that I got maybe 15 fries with my burger, the meat was raw in the middle, and they gave us dirty looks for asking for extra ketchup! Id rather starve than pay $100 for this food again.

Literally the worst burger I have ever eaten. I am 250lb and love burgers… Like love them. I could not get more than one bite in. First time ever I dont finish a burger. Purple chewy meat. Like I would not be surprise they are serving foreign meat.

Ordered the cheeseburger which came with fries. The service was a bit slower than I’m used to. The employees didn’t always seem to know what was going on. The food looked appealing, but that was it. The fires were hot but unsalted. Bland fries. Thumbs down. The burger had mayo lathered on it, which I didn’t request. I don’t eat mayo and my flight was boarding soon, so I pretty much just had to eat the only thing without mayo which was the hamburger patty. (Because of the speed of the service, I didn’t send it back because I knew it wouldn’t be ready by the time I needed to get on the plane.) AVOID.

My garden-burger was delicious with red pepper Mayo but I cannot believe for the price they charge they can’t serve great fresh fries. These were over cooked and old and dry inside. When traveling you just want a great meal when connecting evening flights. Not worth the price for sure!

Definitely not a place to eat unless you want to wait a half hour to get a burger that taste burnt and the barley cooked. I genuinely thought if I would of asked for any sauces it would of taken them an extra 15 minutes.

While I will be the first to recognize that airport food options are typically a 3 star review, I don’t think it’s too far of a stretch to expect my Turkey Avocado Melt to have Avocado on it. Get a slice of pizza at the place next door – the wait will be less and you’re odds of getting what you order are way higher. 5 stars to the guy on the register though, he complimented my watch and chuckled at my dry response.

Can confirm, don’t bother with the garlic fries. Lots of raw garlic with nothing else. Veggie burger is tasty, but agree with everyone else about the disproportionate bun and patty. The buns are good though. Overall, what I’d expect out of an airport meal. $15 for burger and fries is not outrageous.

Rubbish food. Egg is cold. And the whole croissant is sloppy. Fries is average at best. Food is so expensive at the airport and the quality is at its worst. I would rather starve until my next destination. Waste of money.
