We were not as impressed with Civil Provisions and Bar as we hoped we would be, unfortunately. The drinks were ok,the espresso martini was better than the Green River Gorge. The food was subpar but adequately priced. We only ordered a hummus appetizer and one of the “Roman Inspired Pizzas.” Because we weren’t very excited about either of those dishes we decided not to order anything else. The hummus appetizer tasted like normal hummus and the veggies/ pita to dip were regular… good, not great. The Roman pizza was more like a thick piece of bread with some pesto, cheese, and arugula slapped on. Few artichokes on the pizza. Definitely did not scream pizza to us in any way. Tasted mostly like whatever kind of bread it was. We sat outside so we didn’t really experience the inside atmosphere. It looks nice inside. Hopefully everything will improve with time.

Wife and I had an amazing early night out at Civil Provisions. We scored reservations for 4:30 yesterday. The place looked fantastic. Our waitress Brie was awesome. She was familiar with the dishes, suggested drinks, friendly and bottom line top notch.

I SO wanted to love this place. First the good. The remodel of the space and the added porch was great. The service was also very good. Unfortunately, the menu is totally uninspired. It’s as if they’ve borrowed the most common dishes from other restaurants around town and executed them poorly. I had difficulty finding a dish I wanted to order. Chicken Alfredo….mistake! The chicken had to have been precooked and reheated when ordered. Totally dry and tasteless. The Alfredo sauce was like glue, pasty and bland. The cut on the kale in the kale watermelon salad was far too big making it nearly impossible to get a bite of all the ingredients in the salad at once. The “Caesar salad” was not a Caesar. Tomatoes, bacon and far too many boxed croutons. I’ll definitely give them a try in a couple of months. Hopefully the menu will improve.

We had a wonderful experience at Civil Provisions and Bar. Everything from the ambience, service and of course, food was amazing. I can see this as a great spot to grab drinks with friends at the stunning bar, or enjoy dinner with the family. We took our two year old with us and he loved the kids. The drinks were great, they had some really great NA options as well in the form of mocktails and NA beer.

Atmosphere, and ambiance was great. A little loud, hard to have a conversation. The food looked great, great presentation, but no flavor. Three out of four dishes where just bland. The four of us all sampled eachothers meal. One meal, the Burger, was great. Living with in walking distance we have high hopes for this place. We would love, love if this place started serving brunch on the weekends.

So excited to have this option on Signal! Fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes, reasonably priced, fun atmosphere – just perfect for a dinner out. Menu has a variety so everyone will find something they love. Friendly enough to bring kids (kids menu available), but fancy enough to drink a good cocktail or glass of bubbles with friends. 10/10 recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Civil Provisions. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the whipped feta, watermelon salad and grilled shrimp. The cocktails and mocktails were unique and refreshing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the restaurant is beautifully designed. I was too stuffed for dessert so I will definitely have to come back soon!

We enjoyed our dinner at Civil provisions and bar very much. They did a beautiful job redecorating the place, the service was on point, Jackson was very professional and took time to make sure we had a good experience. The calamari was great, it is a huge portion so you can definitely share, we also liked the kale salad and the steak frites was delicious too! We finished with a lovely flourless chocolate cake and a lemon cake, the only thing that was missing was an expresso, maybe they could add it to the menu in the future! They do have a great selection of wine and cocktails. We needed a place like this on Signal, Happy they are here and wishing them great success!

What a sweet addition to the mountain Civil is! I was lucky to be able to pop over after work for an early reservation, but will happily drive the 30 minutes from my house for a cozy date night. Our server was so knowledgeable, the ambiance was cheerful (everybody truly seemed happy to be there), and that salty crunchy calamari was such a highlight. Civil is an easy choice for date night from here on out.
