This is the third time I ordered a sandwich and received the wrong one or there’s no meat on it. Idk what is happening. One order was a Rueben and I received a BLT. Another order was a classic Italian and I got a sandwich with just the condiments. Another order I received was a classic Italian and I got a Rueben. These are all within 3 months. I will not be ordering again. Note that my correct name was on the bag each time. So no error to the delivery drivers.

I have been to this location many times over the past years. It used to be great but is getting worse and worse with Lazy staff especially the so called “Managers” it is really a shame as Penn Station is a great concept. Sorry but I am just going to forget they exist. When your employees don’t care then your customers quickly follow suit.

I ordered a chicken cordon bleu and small fry. The sandwich had barely any meat on it! It was all bread, a little cheese, and lettuce. When I called I spoke to the manager and was told that the amount of meat was protocol. The fries were soggy and all super small. To pay $20 for a small fry and a sandwich and have that amount of meat is ridiculous! I will definitely never be going back.

I’ve been going to this Penn Station for years and had the worst experience. Completely wrong order, staff was definitely stoned, I would know, which wouldn’t really be a problem except they got 3/4 of my meal wrong and were rude the entire time when I asked for my meal that was sitting in their warmer for over 10 minutes. Just don’t go until they cycle through some staff… JFC

Terrible and bizarre stand-offish service, it’s hilarious how bad they don’t want customers. They all seem to be instigating a fight laughably. I’ve been here numerous times and had the same terrible experience. Any other stl location is better. Don’t come here just go to another location.

The sandwiches was so sad looking but they taste ok lack of seasoning wish they had jalapeno peppers, and more toppings for the sandwiches, the fries was not done, they were soggy I think they missed the 2nd fry,the staff was friendly ,I think it might be better around lunch time,oh and the lemonade was only all lemons had to add sugar when I got home. I’ll be back!!

Food was horrible and sensed there was something going on or something had just happened with the staff when I walked in. Atmosphere was very toxic and unsettling. Everyone looked angry.

Stopped in for lunch takeout. Great food and service as always, but somebody should probably turn on the fans. Kind of warm, earlier.

Everything was as asked for. The fresh cut fries were piping hot fresh with just the right amount of salt. One of THE fastest Penn Stations I’ve been to!

Really great food and excellent service. Will definitely go there again. You can eat in as well if you want it’s very somewhat diner style but it looks really nice plus a public bathroom.
