The customer service was out of this world. The atmosphere felt like you were at a family gathering. The food I got was the delicious smoked chicken wings. The spare ribs were ok I’m more of a baby back girl. The sauce was delicious though. I got okra that could of been a little salted after frying. But that cabbage was to die for smackalious❤️

We were craving some good catfish tonight and stumbled upon Rib Shack Smoke House off Q. HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS HOUSE OF DELICIOUSNESS!? First off the staff was so kind! Had a second to chat with the owner who mentioned they moved up here from St. Louis for her hubby to have a heart transplant. She said they’re both foodies and want everything on the menu to be perfect- well they definitely nailed it! She also said they opened during Covid which hindered a good start to their business and not many people know they exist— I’m hoping we can change that

When we first came into the restaurant it was pretty quiet aside from the very friendly owner and workers greeting us. Over time the place filled up and I noticed the owner happily greeting everyone coming in.

Searched for BBQ near me and this gem of a restaurant appeared. Wow, great food their signature ribs were awesome and there were incredible flavors in their side dishes (cooked cabbage and yams) . Super friendly staff.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! We love barbecue, and this place has got to be the best in Omaha!!! Malcolm and Jackie were so friendly and kind!! We were able to sample all the sides. We were just passing through town and decided to stop in for lunch. The restaurant is pretty small, but the food makes up for it. The owner brought out samples for us to try before we ordered. Everything was delicious I wish I could have gotten 1 of everything. We got the rib dinner and man where they amazing. I wish they had a set up where we live. This place is way better then Famous Dave’s. They owners came out and checked on us a few times.
