As I walked past the restaurant, two male employees were conversing. As I began ordering I was rushed with no one standing behind me. I ordered teriyaki shrimp and noodles but the noodles were so dry they looked crunchy, so I ordered my shrimp with rice. The Crab Rangoon was old and cold. Disappointment bc I should have never turned around.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Smelt so good walking by, the man working there was nice, quick and attentive. I get several bites in and I find this nasty bug. I take it back and ask for a refund. He then proceeds to ask if I want anything else. I say no just my money back. He gives it to me and blames it on bugs on the floor coming from outside.

The lo mein was really rubbery. The Peking Chicken was dry and the Honey chicken had been drowned in a nasty gooey sauce. I will never eat here again. It’s worth it to take two steps to the right and eat at JoJo Gyros. Also I asked for a diet Pepsi and the guy gave me some weird cherry tasting sweet soda. They don’t have a cherry flavored soda…

I was walking by and saw how red and delicious looking the General Tso’s chicken was and decided to try it. Absolutely perfect. Mountain Dew was just the right mix too. Definitely will be back.

Having worked here, I saw just how horrible the food was. People dropped vegetables of the floor and used them, they soaked the meat (Which was of terrible quality) in cooking sherry and overcooked the food to get rid of the horrible meat’s taste. The ‘bosses’ where extremely rude to both their customers and workers and it was a surprise if they made it more than a month. The food is horrible even despite this, though I am biased for having to eat it and smell it everyday. The Chicken was sometimes just fat, overcooked, and smelled like ass if it’s bourbon chicken, or vomit if it’s orange chicken.

I worked here for two years and everything you’ve read is true. They use cheap chicken thigh, reuse unsold chicken for another day, drop and use things, the managers are incredibly rude. Not to mention this place had a terrible Cockroach problem (as every place in the mall does).

These people are so terrible at customer service. They employ people that cannot understand or communicate effectively. Charged my card wrong, had to get the “boss” to fix it. He couldn’t understand what was going on and was rude to me even though it was his ESL employee that messed it up transaction. Took them 15 minutes. Left without food. RUDE. Incompetent. DO NOT PATRON.

Terrible service. Had the honey chicken. Asked for a refund after finding out it was rubbery and not fresh. They told me I ate too much and would not refund me. Called me a liar. I will never eat here again.
