Ate there tonight last minute from out of town. Food was excellent. Server was very knowledgeable about assisting with dietary restrictions. Would have left 5 stars…until the very end when, on receipt of the bill, the charges were different (higher) than presented on the menu. On my inquiring, I was told the prices had “just been changed” and were not reflected on the menu. (Really?) On my contesting the charges as unfair without notice, server said, “menu says charges subject to change without notice” (Lie.) I said “show me.” Server could not show me, then said, “it’s the owner’s decision, nothing I can do about it.” (Cop out.) Lastly, the bill also said (without notice in the menu) that menu prices “reflect a 4% discount for cash,” then presented a higher total based on credit card (knowing that many if not most people pay for meals with a credit card and carry no cash!). This is called deceptive and unfair trade practice and is illegal in any state. So, if you like great food, but don’t mind being cheated on your bill, this is definitely the place to go.

What’s the real price here? 2x times in the past we had food from here we were charged more than the menu and website price. We returned last because it’s close and the food is decent. We also figured they have corrected the prices by now. So right before we ordered, my wife asked the server if the menu prices were right. She hesitated and then relied “no” they are not. When asked what the difference was, her response was “not sure, figure $2-$3 more per item”. Seriously? When pressed about it, her response was the owner doesn’t care and he’s never here. I believe her. Once before we had a difference in the pricing and were told the owner would call us and he never did. Also there was water dripping from the ceiling right in front of our table, which was dangerous and an aluminum pan under the front counter because that was also leaking. There are too many good places to eat around here and this was strike 3 for this one.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy your meal served to you and pleasant atmosphere this isn’t it. Stopped in for dinner, waited 20 minutes or so for a server to come to the table which never came. Ordered at counter to dine in, after another 25 minutes or so we were asked what we were waiting on by the same person who took the order. Finally food brought to table in aluminum takeout trays that apparently had been sitting waiting for someone to pickup, no bread that you’d normally get even with takeout. If there wasn’t another table being waited on I’d just assume that they weren’t staffed for table service but another table had a server bring drinks, real plates, bread and take their order? Very puzzled and disappointed was looking forward to a relaxing meal instead we had a couple of take out trays dropped on the table and had to get drinks ourselves. Plenty of staff buzzing around unfortunately not paying any attention to the customers. Food was good but absolutely no customer service. OK for delivery takeout but don’t recommend if you are looking to dine in.

This was our first time eating in this casual sit down pizzeria. We ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp (which should have had more than three shrimp for the $5 extra), seafood fra diavolo, stuffed artichokes, fresh, hot bread, dessert and coffee. Overall, everything was very good. The staff was personable and attentive and prices were reasonable. We will definitely return.

I ordered 3 small items , which I usually do online, but today was in rush so I called it in on the phone. When I got there the price was $8.00 more than the menu said. And he says “PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE” but if I had ordered it ONLINE i wouldve got the cheaper prices because they “HAVENT GOTTEN AROUND TO UPDATING THE SITE YET” , NO REFUND GIVEN, NOTHING .

– Food Good but I’d recommend not doing a no show especially if it’s an emergency because you won’t be able to order anymore from here! My sister in law got into a very bad car accident have pictures time stamped and all the same time I had ordered food for delivery I called and said I have a very bad emergency to not deliver the pizza and I’d call for pickup that was almost not even 2 weeks ago…….. Literally been ordering from them for over a year! Never an issue! Here’s the kicker i ordered 2 days ago a whole pie! Delivery! order today and now there’s a note stating not to deliver to my address? & then the rudeness? “there are several pizzerias from them and between me you can deliver from” was the smart remark the MANAGER whom said she spoke to the manager and he said can’t deliver so I asked to speak to the manager now she’s the manger And I’ll be posting to Facebook as well & letting my other customers I’ve been sending how you treat repeat customers & I always do walk-ins and get pizza from them i could walk in today and they wouldn’t even know but was on the phone tryna be funny but they’ll never get my business again I don’t care how many customers you guys get, have a whole account and I’m pretty sure you look on that account you’ll see I’ve been a repeat customer and I have 5 phone numbers for this address! ♀️ & YES there are several pizzerias in my area the GOOD ONES….. MILANO PIZZERIA HAS AWSOME PIZZA! Literally the best taco pizza ever! The only thing is they don’t deliver but are available on door dash which I just ordered from☺️! And so is Cafe Gia In patchouge! Now hang that up hunny!
