Finally, a local restaurant that has a diverse menu, craft made cocktails, excellent service, and precision execution of culinary arts. We started out with something serious… this is a craft cocktail of 8 yr old Kentucky bourbon fat washed with coconut oil… delicious. The carpaccio was light tender and dressed with truffle oil capers and fresh grated cheese. The heirloom tomato and burrata salad was fresh and delicately balanced with basil infused oil. The Buffalo spareribs were tender flavorful and served with a cranberry chutney mashed potatoes and perfectly grilled baby carrots. What a wonderful meal! Nelson thank you for your excellent service.

My son took me there for my birthday, I ordered the pork with grits. Frankly it was quite bland. I sent it back and ordered the Bison short ribs served over carrots and whipped potatoes with truffle sauce. Absolutely fantastic! They were perfectly fine and courteous about me returning the dish. Our server may have been new because she was a little bit slow, but not too bad. She however was very friendly and attentive. We sat next to the open air windows. My son also had the Bison short ribs.

Food was delicious. Happy hour has some great deals available. Service was excellent. Ambiance was fantastic. Loved the Big Horn whiskey I had to drink (on the rocks). Easy to find with ample free parking.

Hubby made reservations for 5:30, which is in time for happy hour! The $3 Cosmos were delicious. We had the happy hour truffle fries, yum. The entrées we chose were Black Cod with miso shitake mushrooms and Wasabi mashed potatoes for me, Bison ribeye steak with mac and cheese for him. We both enjoyed our meals! The cod texture is a little soft, but flavors were incredible. Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to trying more menu items in the future!

Omg, I don’t even know where to begin…the happy hour drinks were out of this world..Cosmo and dirty vodka martini. Those ribs we had with the sauce…my girls were licking it with their truffle fries..oysters were so delicious and juicy with the lemon and hot sauce. Okay let’s talk about those ribs, God so succulent and saucy, God please give me another round on everything. So Happy hour everyday from 3 to 6 and I believe..enough said! Whew

Online menu was not current, no substitutions allowed on the menu. Bathroom was a single stall available up 2 flights. Lots more training for staff is needed. That being said, the food presentation was excellent and floor managers did everything they could to “fix” the unmet expectations. Lots of potential for this restaurant, but overall a let down in lots of areas.

Super friendly service; Emma was fun & helpful. Exquisite food and creative cocktails; I ordered a “Kissing in Canada” cocktail and the Grilled Peach and Radicchio” salad with roasted chicken. I would have preferred a chicken breast to the wing with skin that was served, but that didn’t diminish the fact that the chicken was cooked perfectly, the sauce had a delightful tang to balance the sweet from the peaches. We sat by the open windows up front, so we had a beautiful breeze to counter the heat. Didn’t really need the fireplace to stay warm, but it did contribute to the overall atmosphere. Prices and portions were on the upper end but still reasonable and well worth it! It would be totally reasonable to just order a cocktail and an appetizer (for dinner) and get out for under $40/person, but you’d miss out on some really fine choices and flavorful entrees!

Such a great space, plus amazing service and food! So thankful the bartender at Wildrye recommended we check this place out! We arrived in time for happy hour, so we had some oysters, split the beef carpaccio, and the steak frites… frites we’re so good we ordered another full order! Honestly, all the food was amazing. Absolutely recommend checking this place out if you’re in downtown Bozeman.

After a shorter wait than we expected, we were seated and had wonderful cocktails. Our server Sierra was awesome, providing thoughtful and delicious suggestions. The food was delicious, the atmosphere fancy yet relaxed. Quincy the service manager was amazing, she checked on us regularly, and also provided great wonderful suggestions. Would highly recommend Brigade.
