My spouse and I frequently patronize this business through the week in the day time for lunch. We decided to stop in and have a late dinner with our kids this evening and while our server was nice. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! We were overcharged and when we asked questions about it no one could explain it. The manager Troy even admitted that he has worked here for 3 years and still doesn’t know how to explain the wing charges. They basically said it is what it is and no one came up with any remedy for the issue. We then asked to speak with the other manager(s) Kim/Jamie and they refused to come out. They sent a message back with our server stating if we didn’t like the explanation given to take it up with the day time managers. People automatically assume that people especially black people don’t want to pay for their bill. This is not true but definitely how we were treated. We pay for everything but I will definitely ask questions and for a solution when I am overcharged. Also we wanted traditional wings and they gave us the super huge nasty undercooked jumbo wings. Which is probably why we were overcharged. Don’t worry WE WON’T BE BACK!!! We will tell all of our people not to come here either. It’s giving covert racism..

The traditional wings are great. Cooked without breading and have plenty of sauce. No one likes a dry wing! Salads are good also just not very large. Best time to go is Monday so that you can mix and match several different wing sauces.

Use to be 1 of our favorites, the last 2 times we’ve been in it has been absolutely terrible. There was a middle aged waitress there that was awesome ( if she left you need to get her back) ordered our appetizer today and 15 minutes later the waitress came out to tell us that they were out of that appetizer. 15 minutes. Wow. I have spent my last dollar at wings etc.

I got 50 wings to go with 5 different flavors. It seems like a fun place to golf and have a beer. I won’t order their wings ever again, though. Overcooked chicken wings to the point where there were air bubbles in the chicken as if it were a dense loaf of bread. Seriously, inedible.

Things seemed ok until the rush arrived after me. I was the 1st customer but was served and waited on last. Chicken was bit tough. I waited patiently while making the payment and the young lady left my card in reader and proceeded to clean tables and that she had forgotten. This was not the best service. WILL NOT BE BACK

Visited Saturday, April 22, 2023. 2 stars only because we were treated with respect and the beer was huge. Ordered mushrooms as an appetizer. Were decent. Nothing incredible, but a good start to the meal. My GF ordered the Philly. I ordered 10 wings with mild sauce (advertised as flavorful with a little heat). I also ordered tots. My GF enjoyed her Philly. However, my wings were served in 1/4″ of grease with very little sauce. I ate deep fried chicken wings that I had to cover with ranch. I ate 6/10 wings. Terrible and not appetizing. Still tipped 20%. We are good tippers. Been known to drop 20-40 bucks on a ticket that was $56ish. If my wings were quality, this would be a 5-star. With a name literally including the word “wings”, one would expect quality wings. Also asked for one of the smaller TVs at the bar to have a channel change and never got it. Ended up watching on my phone at the bar. Wait staff was pleasant. Vibe was good. Feel like I wasted money on my food though.
