I took a date to Art’s Crab Shack in Hayward, CA a few months ago and it’s more than you’d expect from a good seafood joint. The interior was decorated like it was a ship and I could almost smell fresh saltwater. There were lobsters in the aquarium. Most importantly, the crab tasted really good and my date was impressed.

Just moved to Hayward and wanted to give this place a try with family in town but saw all the bad ratings and decided not to. MESSAGE TO THE BUSINESS – do something to let people know you are making an effort to increase the quality and service of your restaurant and food so prospective patrons can give you a chance. As of now all I see is old ratings.
