Terrible terrible service, long wait, the employee couldn’t hear or understand us, and I was speaking clearly (and not low). Wrong food was given to us, and then we got an attitude to boot. The only good thing was that the extra crispy was actually tasty. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted old and rotten. And that’s usually the best thing at KFC.

Love this KFC especially you can tell how well kept they have outside and when you order the workers are very attentive . Their uniforms are well kept .Food is always served hot and expectations always on point. I actually travel out my way takes me about 20mins or so to get there . Awesome service!

I had to give them 1 star the wait for your food is always long over ten minutes with 3 cars in front of you. What made me write the review is this is the 4th time I asked for crispy and they gave me original and I just ate it because the line was wrapped around the corner and twice they gave me a completely different order I hate this is the only one in the area. Check your food every time even if your in a rush I tried to give 1 star it won’t let me

I walked in there and nobody acknowledged me there was multiple people in the back making food and there was one girl working the drive-thru or by the pop machine behind their counter she locked eyes with me and continue to ignore me didn’t say anything didn’t ask me anything didn’t tell the employees that weren’t busy to service me. After standing on my phone for 7 minutes without being acknowledged I walked out.

This KFC had to make anything just for a sale just for food to be unsatisfactory. The chicken tenders from other KFC restaurants were bigger and very tender, to see the tenders to be smaller than other KFC restaurants. The drinks were flat as if tasting water.This KFC at this location used to be a good place to go. Im just disappointed and will never go back to this location again!!!!!!!

Literally came there Sunday night to order dinner for my family and the girl in the front was EXTREMELY rude ..I come around 7:20pm and she tells me her lobby is closed and that she has no chicken no time soon now remind you this kfc does not close until 9:00pm including the LOBBY..I believe she was the assistant manger but her attitude was very unprofessional and unwelcome ..I would go there all the time durning lunch and after being discouraged by that disrespectful girl that works there I will never come back and spend my hard working money at that KFC anymore you don’t treat customers like that walking inside the door ..learn some manners if you can’t handle your job find a new one ..don’t take your attitude out on a loyal customer just extremely rude behavior on her behalf .I will not be coming back all due to her misbehavior..I couldn’t even order my family”s dinner because of her messed up attitude just wrong and unprofessional
