Is it company policy for Papa Johns to contract Door Dash to deliver for them? If so, why is it the customer’s responsibility to contact Door Dash if Door Dash makes an error with the delivery. I recently ordered food on the Papa Johns app and never received my order although the status on the app was showing that it was delivered. I called the local store to check the status and was told that Door Dash delivered my order and I would need to contact them in regard to any issues. I asked for a refund and was told by the local store that they could not guarantee a refund for food that was delivered by door Dash. I would need to contact Door Dash for a refund. Truly poor customer service and totally confusing to me why I would need to contact a company that was contracted by Papa Johns to deliver my food.

We ordered two days in the row and the first day I called in the second I ordered online both days my order was delicious and cooked well. Very kind delivery driver, I wish I would’ve gotten his name. But I’ve had deliver to me a number of times in a jeep. He has always been friendly even after I’ve entered the wrong address. The pizza itself is pretty standard, but management must be doing something right if I rarely wait longer than 25-30 minutes on my delivery.
