They are super rude here. I even ordered my meal. All I asked for was ketchup and jelly and the short lady totally ignored me after I said hello 10 times. Even the mangers ignored me. Customer service should be a priority here and with the use of AI it’s like these people don’t even care about customer needs anymore.

Guy shooting up in bathroom. BURGER was under cooked still pink. My drink was a diet. I could not take it back as I had to get back to work. I can’t recommend this location. I would rather wait to have my meal correct over not being able to eat or drink.

I complained about an off smelling burger and the manager a Latino lady erupted at me accusing me of being a cheat. For $3!?? Let alone rectify the matter she has the gall to ask me for my large iced coffee and large fries back! I simply asked for a different sandwich and gave the 2 cheeseburgers in her hand and she was flustered. Horrible, just horrible service.

If I Can give this Location of McDonalds negative star I’ll do it ,Everytime we order in this location the food their giving us is not fresh ,we give them one more chance today for breakfast because we’re hungry ,my husband was in line before the breakfast is over and there’s a big order infront of him that made them finish 2 minutes past 11 and when my husbands turn to order since it’s past 11 they said breakfast is over ,they don’t even give consideration for just few minutes past and considering that he was already there before the breakfast is over Bad customer Service !

I did not experience anyting that the other reviewers that left one star spoke of. This place was professional and very fast. The food was hot and tasted great. It might have rekindled my love for McDonald’s. I literally had to Google why does McDonald’s taste different by region. But overall my experience was good here. It is also a great location because you can pump gas and get a hot meal. additionally I think this is one of the least busiest McDonald’s so they actually have time to concentrate on your food. And if anything’s wrong more than sure they’ll fix it.

This McDonald’s location is one of my friends. My father brought me here as a child. The Big Macs and Happy Meals are well made at this locations. Plus, this locations has good amenities. This location has great customer service and the staff are friendly.
