They should honestly shut this store down. This is the absolute worst dominos on the planet. I have ordered here multiple times and I don’t know why I give them a chance. Every single time the order is 2+ hours late. What is the point of ordering pizza if it’s delivered three hours later with no explanation? The last delivery driver said my order was completed (no food in sight, even though I selected the hand off option) and then when I spoke to him on the phone he said he had left. So I was just going to get no food and no refund? Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t even answer the phone so you can’t even talk to a person about it. I never write one star reviews but do yourself a favor AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM HERE

A month ago, I would have given this store 2 stars, if that. But they have re-staffed the entire store in Neptune City! The new staff is doing an incredible job & they deserve to be recognized!! We live down the street and usually do a pizza night with our kids once a week. For months this location was screaming our orders up. It was a shame because we had to order from different pizza places, although my kids love dominos! It had become too much of a hassle. A few weeks ago, my kids were begging for dominos and I took my chances again. When I went in to pick up our pizzas, I learned they had re-staffed and our order was perfect & has been ever since. Tonight I learned there is only 4 people as of right now and let me tell you, these 4 people are doing a 100x better job than the 12 people they had before and couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful! Hats off to these guys! Amazing job! You definitely won this customer back!

I called and i asked if they do delivery because on the website it said no and the guy kept saying yeah yeah yeah yeah in a very sarcastic in a disrespectful way. I don’t know why major brands are the restaurants are hiring kids from these generations I literally felt disgusted and disrespected and I just hung up

This was a poor customer experience. I had to restrain myself from hyperbole. My pizza was in “Quality Check” for more than 40 minutes. I still have not received it. If I did not have a sick dog with me, I would have gone more local but I thought I’d trust Dominos. I have fantastic “One Bite Pizza” right across the street. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. Called again and been waiting 10 minutes now. 30 minutes on hold to “make an order” or at least that what recording message says. My order was placed at 7:32PM and it is now 8:30PM. Still quality check. This location does not pick up the phone. I should have used AMEX to dispute the charge. Pizza is going to be SO old when it arrives, if it ever arrives.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Takes over 3 hours to get a pizza usually. Tonight my pizza was marked “delivered” on the tracker but no pizza was ever dropped off. Hope this location goes out of business.

Ordered 50$ worth of food, estimated delivery time was a little over an hour figured that was regular for a Saturday night. Well over an hour passed when I called the store and waited 10 minutes for anyone to pick up just to be told they sent all the drivers home. I told the lady I would come and pick up if the food was still warm just for her to tell me they didn’t even make it and it would be another 1 and a half wait for them to make it.

I Ordered My Kids Pizza Paid For It And Never Received It. Never got a Courtesy call to say they weren’t coming or anything. Called the next morning to ask why I hadn’t gotten my food and all I was told was they came and I didn’t answer my phone when they supposedly called me which was a lie they never called me. I watched them on the tracker and they were never even close to my house they had no intentions on delivering my food Edna went home with my food. I asked for the manager she told me she was the manager. I asked what was gonna be done about my inconvenience she told me she can give me a refund which was automatic. I’m definitely calling corporate.
