Ordered a BBQ sandwich and Banana Pudding and as my daughter was consuming the Banana Pudding, she found a hair attached to a booger clear as day in the pudding. I immediately contacted the restaurant to inform them that it is disgusting to serve the public anything on the menu. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this establishment. How DISGUSTING!

Stopped in today for a family pack. Got home to discover they didn’t even give us a half pound of meat. It weighed 7.9oz and that’s WITH THE CONTAINER! Check your bag before ya leave the store. Get 8pk of buns and enough meat for just 3 sandwiches. F’n ridiculous.

I’ve eaten food from whitts just last week and it was awesome the slab of ribs was flipping mouth watering and the 2 loaded baked potatoes were to die for but part of our order which was paid for was missing. I called they apologized and said next time I come through I can pick up missing food. Well today we were back in town so we decided to get food from Whitts again because of the first positive experience. This time we got one loaded baked potato and a family pack. Upon opening the loaded baked potato to heat up I noticed something odd. I pulled at it and as it was coming out of the potato I’d say in all about 4 plus inches of artery with other none appetizing parts was inside the pulled pork in the potato. Totally grossed me out. I’ll never eat anything pulled pork from there again. I work a restaurant type setting for 15 years and never did we allow such a thing to remain in the food we served to our customers. I’ve taken photos and have the artery in the freezer for my next trip to Dickson Tn I’ll be sure to take it with because for the price I paid to eat there should never be disgusting things left behind and served to people. I’ve posted photos of this item.

Best barbecue ever!! Love anything vinegar and the bbq doesn’t fall at juicy goodness!!! Always order few pounds bring home stores great in fridge for the week or frozen for weeks. Always get the homemade vinegar sauce for my vinegar lovers!!!
