Ordered a #15, Club Tuna at location # 2890, 2595 East Craig in N.Las Vegas. The Tuna covered less than 2/3s of the sandwich. When I called and asked for a manager I got two different people, neither seemed particularly concerned. One said it was a spreading issue. Wrong, it is a quality control issue. I understand it’s only a sandwich, but the owner and management at this location is very disappointing.

This location needs some serious help, I have gone at least 10 times prior to writing this in hopes that it would be different and have some improvement but no such luck. This location is less than a mile from my office but I now drive the extra 4 miles to Craig ands Jones. The wait times are ridiculous, {I have never “freaked” from getting my sub so fast as advertised} they are always out of something, last week it was bread. How can you be a sandwich company and not have bread.

Lazy and slow. I love Jimmy John’s, this is the worst one ive ever been to and ive been to several all over the country. Took 15 min to get one sandwich in shop. Ive been to others that have it made before you can pay when they were packed. If you want it Jimmy’s fast, dont go here.

I’m not sure what happened with this location today. Usually when I order from here they are fast and the order is correct. Today I placed my order at 11:21am. I waited until 11:47 to call and ask where the delivery is because I received a message from the app that it was on the way at 11:30. Was told that there was only one driver today and deliveries are as long as 16 mins and it should be here soon. So I waited and waited. I didn’t get my order until 12:09pm!! And then I ordered extra turkey and I think I got less than a normal sandwich! Please do better!! This jimmy johns is only 1.9 miles from me. I don’t know if I’ll order from here again!

Hello I came in today trying to get a meal after work around 11-12 there was a couple of employees in there at the time so I don’t know who I spoke to but It was a guy think it was the manager, he was very rude not helpful at all I probably was waiting for like 7 minutes for someone to take my order and I was very confused because he seen me walk in nobody said anything that’s a very big problem once he walked up to take my order he seemed like he didn’t wanna be there which made me very uncomfortable and not ever wanna eat there again.

I usually have good luck w my orders. No quality control check on this one. Asked for peppers, Mayo pack, napkins – didn’t get any of them. Did NOT ask for avacado spread – got that. Everything is clearly listed correctly on the receipt.
