We’ve given this place a shot several times and they always disappoint! Service is abysmal no matter what time of day it is. Staff is always in the back chit-chatting and forget to attend to customers. Food is always great though, but we’re never returning to this location ever again!

Not a big chain restaurant guy but this was a fantastic lunch. Got the lunch special with a salad, burger and black beans subbed for the fries. Food was tasty and the service was prompt. Value was good as well!

Emily served us ! Had the worst customer service! Extremely rude ruined my whole day! Ended up not eating the food that was ordering she messed up twice and I didn’t feel like going inside for the second time as she was already throwing tantrums when I went inside for the time. Waste of money and food!

This is twice now I have walked in waited to what seems like non staff restaurant. 1st time I waited a good 15 mins before ever seeing a bartender. He was nice and I got my food quick. So I said I would give them another chance I just spent a lengthy amount of time sitting qt a bar with NO staff at any point greeting me or even being in the FOH. The restaurant only had 1 table occupied. I don’t see this location lasting.

This used to be the best chilis I have ever been to. Chilis is one of my favorite places and when I moved to Austin I was so blown away by the level of service and knowledge the staff here, had demonstrated. In the beginning, aside from the service being so fast, genuine and efficient; everyone seemed like a chillis veteran. The first time I ordered “veggie pasta” the server knew exactly what I was taking about and assured me I dod not have to explain what it is. That made me feel less anxious about trying to explain that this is an entree I’ve had here before. Same with several experiences after that, I used to come once a week no matter where I live or am working. I’m a chilis super fan.

No one greeted us when we checked in to pick up our food. Had to ask someone if it was fine to just grab it. Chicken crispers weren’t very crispy (kinda soggy) and didn’t taste great, tortillas for the fajitas were stale, and the cheesecake was still mostly frozen over.

Clean restaurant, juicy and perfectly cooked mushroom burger and a professional server that did not bug the table when our mouths were full or while we chatted. He had the drinks refilled like a Ninja. Will be coming back to this location again.

Sliders had minimal meat…chicken wing drumettes had big pockets of fat…southwestern eggrolls were cold and not crispy. Sad to see one of my favorite restaurants going downhill so much.
