We had a pretty bad experience here. My girlfriend and I ordered together but they forgot to make my order so she was already done eating before they even started making mine. When they finally realized that they forgot to make the order, they rushed to get it to me. In the process of rushing, they left the cheese completely unmelted and gooped up into the one corner of the sandwhich. On top of that they ripped the bun in half, making the sandwich basically impossible to eat without making a huge mess. Also the sandwich was significantly smaller (by about 2 inches I would say) than usual. I asked the manager for another sandwich and they at least courteous enough to make one but the manager didn’t seem at all concerned with the fact that they were selling sandwiches this low of quality. He seemed annoyed to have to make it again. In general the whole vibe here was very lazy, not especially clean and all around just lacking any pride. I would not recommend this location to others.

Ordered food today, got everything picked out. Only for us to have to put all the food together at home due to an employee at the restaurant not doing their job. If I spend 20$ for a sandwich, I expect it to be done and ready to eat, not have me put it together at home

The food is decent. If you go plan to wait a while. I pre ordered 3 hot subs. App said the order would be ready at 5:22pm. About 30 min after I ordered it. I’m sitting in the store as I type this at 5:38, with 5-10 minutes to wait still.

Ordered a gluten free vegetarian hoagie and cheese was cut using same slicer that meat was just sliced on …… yuck…… and nobody changed gloves, between making subs, cleaning up and ringing up orders

Coleman,Keegan & ,Barry are the backbones of this location. Every time I come in here there always working hard getting the orders out. While always keeping a smile on there faces with a very upbeat attitude treating us customers great!! All 3 of those guys do great at there jobs!!!

I’ve always been a fan of Jersey Mikes. I ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken from this location and they gave a bite worth of chicken. I went back and had them remake it. But was told that’s how it’s made. I’ve never experienced this at any other location.

Sandwiches were great as usual, but this was only my 3rd time visiting the Southland location and it always seems hectic. Counter and floor space were a terrible mess! Workers were running around crazy and confused. Peices of my order were missing. Someone’s gotta get this place under some control.

Very nice employees. When we were there we ordered wheat bun for me because I have an allergy . We had a good drive home so I started my sandwich. Because it was not the wheat I ordered I began to get sick. I really wish that the people who took my order followed directions. I still am sick in bed.
