If I could give 10 stars I would. The KFC on W Tennessee Street is very good. The staff is so nice. Pam always assists me. They answer their phones, unlike the other KFC locations. They aren’t rude, unlike the other KFC locations. If you ask them to make your food fresh they will and they do not get an attitude when you ask. I drive 20+ minutes just to get fresh food and great customer service. I really appreciate the staff and whomever the manager at this particular location is. Definitely recommend.

Employee was hella rude and all I asked for was some sauce for my $20 full up. I was standing up there for about few minutes. A few people walked past me and looked at me while I was looking at the menu after that employee came up and asked what did I want and I said I want to sauce after the fact that they said they was coming and I said OK. Then he proceeded with an attitude instead of saying, ma’am, we only have one sauce, or I cannot hear you. Can you speak up. You said it impolite. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it.That’s all I asked for thank you management.

Went to get a chicken sandwich and a potato bowl..also got fries..when I get home didnt get sandwich..I drive back to get what I ordered so I drove back and they gave me a cold sandwich that I ordered earlier and the fries I ordered earlier but never received! When I get home my kid is wondering why his fries are cold so I have to heat them up! Totally unacceptable! I have tried to call and resolve this personally but couldn’t get and answer from any location in Tallahassee so here we go! Just a total disappointment!! Hope y’all can get better employees ! Definitely need new crews for the west Tennessee Tallahassee fl! Super unprofessional and if I were an owner I’d be disappointed!

The worst KFC in fl ! Waited an hour fir food. Was told twice..waiting on biscuits…then they say no wings..I ordered a 16 p meal. At dinner time and they have nothing ready. Then I get home and the biscuits are not done and the corn was there for at least a week. Old and dry !.

This is the second time in a month that we visited this KFC. First time we went they asked us to pull ahead to wait for the food. We refused stating that there is always something wrong with the order and we have to drive back through the line and wait to get it corrected. The man who waited on us was mad because we wouldn’t pull and he slammed the window shut and refused to come back to give us our food. Another coworker had to hand us our food. Tonight we went there again and watched while 4 vehicles ahead o DC us ordered their food, drove to the window and was handed their food right away. As soon as we pulled up, the same man who waited on us last time saw us and after we paid for the order he told the cashier to have us pull us to and wait for the meal to be brought out to us. We refused to pull up. They prepared both our box meal and our bucket meal simultaneously, handed the box meal to us out the window along with the drinks but walked the bucket meal outside and tried to force us to pull forward to pick it up from the same man who slammed the window on us during the first trip. Again I refused to pull up. The man finally walked back in with the food and handed it to us through the window. When we asked to speak to the manager he replied that he was the manager. We told him we would be contacting corporate since his actions tonight were in retaliation for us not pulling ahead on our last visit. A pick up window is just that. A window that they provide you service through. This is the rudest KFC that we have ever been to and there will not be a 3rd time for us to be disrespected by employees who severely lack customer service skills. A call was placed to corporate and it will be followed up by a formal written complaint. Do not go to this KFC.
