Clark himself is a kind caring guy. The restaurant is your basic pizza Haven. Great service and the pizza is better than Domino’s. I do recommend coming down to Jimmy’s Pizza and at the least giving it a try.

Pizza is good but the customer service is lacking and the wait times are wildly inconsistent, even for a pizza joint. We placed back to back orders with friends on the same phone call and had to wait 20 min after their pizza was done before ours was ready. The Pizza is better than anything Dominos can make though so I still go here.

Open only four hours a day. Horrible customer service. They quit delivering to dodge center. The owners have changed and this is their new business model. Also they cut the menu down by more than half. No more lasagna or ribs… Enjoy

We went in here last night to grab dinner before going to A.R.K. The old man working should have not been running the computer. He could not see a thing even with his glasses on, he could not hear. It took 15minutes just for us to order. After being asked over and over what we were ordering and what drinks. Seriously, asked 5 times of both. After sitting for about 20min the young kid comes with two pizzas. These two pizzas were what the family before us had ordered, already ate, and left. They had not even started on our food. We weren’t told a word they kept their heads down hoping I wouldn’t say a thing. It took everything in me to not tell the 5 people who walked in to run, leave and not look back. 2 people working. Where was the owner? Seems odd they wouldn’t be there helping if short staffed. Very ill run place, and we will never come back. To start our food and not even tell us after we had already been there 30+ is outrageous. We asked for a refund, and even that took another 10min for him to figure out.

Ad said deep dish what what it should have said is thick crust. I wanted more a Chicago type deep dish. The pizza was very good hand-tossed with ample toppings.
