I went early morning before 7, I was in the drive thru for 5 mins or more waiting for someone to take my order, no one ever came. So I drive up behind another car. The guy looked at me and walked away , he never even said a word. Why open if there is no customer service. This is not the first time I’ve had this happen to me here.

Had to wait for my food. Then the fries were room temp at best. My chicken sandwich looked like it was for a biscuit at best not a sandwich. I’ m not coming back and I hope this helps others in their choices for food stops. Not worth the money.

Would ask you to pull to the window to place your order. Very slow one car at a time. Looking in from drive thru didn’t look very clean or organized. The bag was literally balled up instead of folded or left open. I ordered a big hot ham n cheese, and I recall it being much larger than what I received it looked about the size of a junior roast beef.

Had I seen the health rating of 90 prior to ordering my food, I would not have ordered. The food was ok. However the guy working the drive-thru had zero customer service skills. He didn’t speak one word more than he needed, including, ‘thank you’ or ‘your welcome.’ I DO realize that fast food workers are under paid but it’s also not intended to be a forever job for most people & if it is, most companies offer management training & college assistance from within. My first job was at Hardee’s. I had it in place prior to even being old enough to work. You have to be a people person for customer service though.
